During the conversation, the Sudanese leader expressed his sympathies to Sheikh Mohammed over the passing of Qatar’s former ruler, HH the Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani. This gesture underscored the personal connections that often underpin diplomatic engagements between countries.
