During the 50th anniversary event of the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation (TAC) in Southeast Asia, Qatar’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi, engaged in a series of significant diplomatic encounters in Manila.
